Born This Way Ball

Amidst all the protests and interfaith rallies for the much awaited concert of Lady Gaga in the country, she arrived yesterday in SM MOA Arena fiercely. Wearing that very long blonde hair extension and fly shades,  in my head I was imagining her saying,

                        "Hey, little monsters!, You're Mother Monster has just arrived!". 

Wow, I was really blown away and starstrucked by her look. She's one and only! She's a superstar!

I think one of the highlights in the concert is when she sung, "Hair". It was a very touching moment for me. I really felt her emotions.

There a lot of things she said that I think is true and we Filipinos should accept the fact that we somehow misjudge her. Indeed, she's an amazing person!

Lady Gaga said, " I was more about standing up for everyone who can't stand up for themselves".  Wow, I just felt sorry for her that she had to face our kababayan doing protest and rallies.

Lady Gaga said, "I'm not a product of your government and it's time for them to know we need a change."  - me, I was like very True!

Lady Gaga said, "Some people say I stand for things that are bad, the truth is, I want the best for every single one of you." - Amen!

India Arie's Yellow

I really like the song of India Arie entitled, "Yellow" that's why on my fourth post on LB, I decided to somehow incorporate this color. The song goes like..

And I go back to black

I really enjoy wearing Black, it's the safest for me, and it's the only time where i feel so comfortable and worry free. I'm quite conscious about my physique since I don't have that gym-fit-type of body. I try to exercise at home and some jogging during weekends in Marikina City. But it's really hard to get away from the food temptation. I love to cook, so sometimes I really can't resist!

Work Hard, Play Hard (Random Trips)

First is our summer getaway in Anawagin Cove in Zambales. The beach is crystal clear, very beautiful and quite isolated island. And most especially it's the cheapest way to enjoy the beach, for just more than a thousand bucks you'll be able to spend an overnight stay, with great food already and for the win, is the island hopping! Love et!

Second destination for the summer is none other than our Summer capital - Baguio City! I make sure that every year I'm there to celebrate the Panagbenga Festival. I'm so captivated by the flowers during the season. It's the only time in the year where I can stay away from the pollution of Metro Manila and just enjoy the cold weather of Baguio.

Finally, I always love going to back to Hong Kong. I really enjoy their weather, the people there are so nice, i love walking on their streets, and most especially I super enjoy going to their night markets.  Mongkok is the place to be for shopping galore experience. Love love love!

Pinoy Designers on ANTM

I've been a big fan of the show since the start, and it makes me so happy and proud to see a Filipino designers emerging such a famous show like ANTM. 

It's been a year ago when Mr. Michael Cinco, a Dubai-based Pinoy designer made a phenomenal episode for ANTM where he designed a couture dresses out of eco-friendly materials.

And now, on the current Cycle 18 of ANTM - British Invasion, another Filipino designer rule the show. He's Mr. Francis Libiran. I think he made a fabulous job in creating those "Hello Kitty" dresses, amazing!


I think we also need to thank Mr. Michael Carandang- America’s Next Top Model Fil-Am producer, who made all this possible for our designers to appear on that prestigious show.

Cycle 18 of ANTM

Crystal Beach

This is a two-day company outing held at Crystal Beach in Zambales. I had so much fun on this outing. 

I love the place, it's not as classy as Boracay or Palawan but still a good, clean and cheap place where you can enjoy the summer. 

Anyway, I took the advantage also to take photographs during our two day stay here. And it turned out to be my second look that I posted on my Lookbook account.

I Miss my Friend

I miss my friend my Dani. I miss those times. The morning talks. She's a dear friend to me. But I think people somehow misunderstood her personality in some ways. She's a free-spirited girl and I respect her for that.

I think what really made us close is our love for photography and fashion. And this is our first collaboration together.
